Exchanges or returns
Return or exchange period:
The exchange or return period is 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the product.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If warranty is applicable, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
